Evelyne Bischof

Evelyne Bischof is an internist working in longevity medicine, the clinical application of aging biology to prevention and care. She is medical director of the Sheba Longevity Center at Sheba Medical Center in Israel, a professor of medicine at the Shanghai University of Medicine and Health Sciences, and president of the Healthy Longevity Medicine Society, an international society for clinicians practising longevity medicine. Swiss board-certified in internal medicine, she trained and worked in Europe, the United States and China, including a decade of clinical and translational work in New York, Shanghai and Basel, and was previously a senior attending physician in internal medicine at University Hospital Basel. Her research covers oncology and longevity medicine, artificial intelligence and digital health, precision medicine, biogerontology and geronto-oncology, and she reports more than 100 peer-reviewed papers. Recent 2026 work includes a Delphi-derived framework for healthspan-oriented cardiometabolic care and an aging clock derived from pathology lipid data. Through HLMS she is involved in efforts to define clinical standards for longevity medicine.
