Impact
Peter Diamandis is an entrepreneur and author whose longevity work centres on incentive prizes, clinical ventures and public communication about healthspan technologies. He founded and is Executive Chairman of the XPRIZE Foundation, which designs large incentive competitions; its XPRIZE Healthspan, running from 2023 to 2030 with a $101 million prize purse, challenges teams to develop therapies that restore muscle, cognitive and immune function in older adults, and named finalist teams in August 2026. He is co-founder and chairman of Fountain Life, a company offering predictive and preventive health assessments, which raised an $18 million Series B round led by EOS Ventures in 2025. He also co-founded BOLD Capital Partners, a venture fund that invests in exponential technologies and longevity companies, is co-founder and vice-chairman of Celularity and Vaxxinity, and is executive founder of Singularity University. He co-authored the book Life Force with Tony Robbins, on healthcare and biotechnology advances, and communicates through a YouTube channel, podcast and newsletter. He holds degrees in molecular genetics and aerospace engineering from MIT and an MD from Harvard Medical School.
