About
Insilico Medicine is a clinical-stage biotechnology company that applies generative AI to drug discovery through its Pharma.AI platform, spanning target discovery (PandaOmics), generative molecule design (Chemistry42) and clinical-outcome prediction (inClinico). It develops an internal pipeline of small-molecule candidates in fibrosis, oncology, immunology and other areas, and earns revenue from out-licensing, co-development and research collaborations and from software. Founded in 2014 with early work on AI biomarkers of aging, it links target discovery to aging biology and states a mission to extend healthy longevity. Its lead candidate, rentosertib, an AI-discovered TNIK inhibitor for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, entered a 52-week Phase III trial in China (GENESIS-IPF-3), with the first patient dosed in September 2026; it remains investigational. The company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (3696.HK) on 30 December 2025.
